The Ideal Butchery Manager: * Proven experience as a Butcher or Butchery Manager in a premium retail/food hall setting. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team. * Expert knowledge of meat cuts, aging, and preparation techniques. * Passion for artisanal produce and customer education. * In:depth understanding of food safety and HACCP. * Skilled in inventory management and supplier coordination. * Flexibility to work weekends and peak periods.
