The role of Hospitality Support Assistant will include: styletext:align:justify typedisc: : Serve as the primary point of contact between the Hospitality team and internal/external stakeholders, managing and screening phone calls and emails professionally. : Coordinate and manage diaries, schedule meetings, and attend them as needed, ensuring timely and accurate information sharing. : Provide clerical and administrative support to the Hospitality team, maintaining organized records and filing systems. : Collate, type, and distribute team communications and documentation, ensuring consistency and accuracy. : Maintain and update databases and filing systems to support efficient team operations. : Assist with daily administrative tasks, including the creation of reports, presentations, and briefs. : Use design software to format and input content for menus, posters, and other visual materials created by the team. : Support project management activities by tracking deadlines, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely task completion. : Contribute to special projects and initiatives that align with the Group's values and strategic objectives. Skills and experiences: styletext:align:justify typedisc: : Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer service role. : Demonstrated ability to provide effective and professional administrative support. : Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities. : Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail.
