Role: Assistant Quantity Surveyor Location: Worthing and Sussex Salary: Upto GBP40k + Negotiable Package plus benefits Overview: As the Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will support the Senior Surveyor and the wider commercial team on a number of exciting projects across Sussex. Responsibilities: * Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager * Administration of subcontract works packages * Assist in the production and issue of commercial notices, to both the Client and Subcontractors * Provide information to the commercial team Requirements: * Experience working for a regional / national contractor as the Assistant Surveyor * Ability to use Microsoft Office and bespoke packages * Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads and can work to tight deadlines * Willingness to undertake training and development to further progress your career * Experience working on projects up to GBP4m, these projects includ Commercial, residential aswell as various subcontract packages Interested?
