You will prepare the operating room and sterile equipment, ensuring proper patient positioning and draping, and assisting with surgical instrument handling and suturing. To be considered for an agency surgical assistant position with JustNurses, you must meet the following requirements. First, you need to have NMC Registration with a minimum of 6 months validity. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 6 months of post:qualification experience as a Surgical First Assistant.
