Were on the hunt for top refrigeration engineers to join a dynamic team in york Core Duties: * Undertake PPM and reactive refrigeration maintenance across a number of sites. * Service and repair a variety of CO2 refrigeration pack equipment. * Diagnose non:repairable faults in plant and machinery, promptly informing the Refrigeration Manager of your assessment, along with suggestions for suitable replacements. * Execute minor alterations and installations within your technical scope, adhering to current specifications. Required: * SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Refrigeration or equivalent qualification. * City and Guilds 2079:1 FGas Category 1. Highly Beneficial (but not essential): * City and Guilds 7671 18th Edition. * City and Guilds Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Refrigeration System Services. Candidate Profile: * Extensive experience working with supermarket refrigeration systems. * Willingness to participate in the 24/7 on:call rota (1 in 4 weeks). * Possession of a full driving license. * Proficiency in using a PDA system. * Competence in interpreting technical drawings. * Demonstrated experience in PPM and reactive maintenance within a comparable retail setting.
