Pay Rate: 13.70 per Hour This role includes a mix of day and night shifts -  Day Shifts - 7:25 am - 7:45 pm  Night shifts - 7:25 pm - 7:45 am  Weekend& Bank holiday work included. Job Description We’re seeking individuals experienced in a similar setting to supervise colleagues, administer medication, lead support planning, manage petty cash and client funds, and act as the point of contact in the absence of site leadership. Good numeracy skills are essential as will need to manage monies. No formal care qualifications required; full training provided, but GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths& English preferred. Candidates should be willing to complete a Level 3 qualification in Team Leadership and Management with Priory. Priory wouldn’t exist without combined energy, expertise and effort. As part of our team alongside our qualified staff, you’ll help to meet the psychological and emotional needs of a diverse group of individuals, with varying degrees of either mental health or physical issues. Our teams provide care and support for individuals with different conditions at Priory sites all across the UK.  It would be ideal if you have around 2-5 years previous experience gained in a similar role. However whilst this is valuable, we are looking for individuals who display the right values and behaviours in order to make a difference to people’s lives. Location Information Priory Stockton Hall is a long-serving medium secure hospital based in a quietbut well-connected village near the historic city of York. It serves the local Provider Collaborative and multiple National Collaboratives, and has had a long-running record of successful patient pathways. We model our service provision on the NHS secure service specification for medium and low secure services, ensuring our patients are given the highest quality of care to enable quick and smooth transitions into local services, wherever possible.
