The Role: * Assist on a range of projects across multiple sectors (education, government, healthcare, infrastructure) * Support senior colleagues with project delivery, contract administration and client liaison * Conduct condition and measured surveys, defect analysis, and prepare technical reports and specifications * Support in the design and implementation of refurbishment and small to medium capital projects * Carry out due diligence surveys and professional building surveying services * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across design, engineering, and project management disciplines Requirements: * RICS:accredited BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying or similar * 1:2 years relevant experience in a consultancy or client:facing role * Working towards MRICS/MCIOB * Experience delivering small to medium capital projects (up to GBP250k ideally) * Strong communication skills with a desire to develop client relationships * Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is advantageous * Familiarity with JCT or NEC contracts * Awareness of CDM 2015 and recent Building Safety Act requirements Interested? or find out more, Josh Jones at Penguin Recruitment: 362 010
