This role offers the chance to work on a variety of projects with high:profile clients and provides excellent prospects for career development within our consultancy organization. Responsibilities * Working across multiple projects in different sectors and providing various building surveying duties. * Maintaining client relationships and ensuring service delivery on a project:by:project basis. * Assisting with project management, contract administration, condition and measured surveys, design and implementation of small to medium:sized projects, due diligence surveys, defect analysis, and building surveys. Qualifications * BSc (Hons) Building Surveying RICS Accredited degree or similar. * Working towards full membership of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS, MCIOB or similar). * Good all:round surveying experience in a client:facing role. * Experience in project design and delivery, including refurbishment and extension projects. * AutoCAD user with the ability to communicate well at all levels and prepared to travel as required. Day:to:day You will work collaboratively within a vibrant team, managing client relationships, and dealing with legal and technical issues.
