No matter what corporate or support role you play in delivering our critical services to Victorians, you will join a team dedicated to bringing our vision to be a world leading ambulance service to life.  We are seeking a Senior Team Leader Mobile Device Support to provide leadership within our Service Management Department.  This is a Full Time, Permanent position based at the Ballarat Business Centre.  Reporting to the Manager Field Services, responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to: Lead and manage the support break/fix service for all Mobile devices including the management of third party vendors in delivery of break fix services Responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of the Mobile Support team Oversee and monitor the mobile device support queues ensuring there are appropriate responses to support requests in line with agreed service level agreements Manage the mobile application version update processes for managed applications. Lead mobile device application testing and deployment of operating systems upgrades  To be considered for this position you will possess a degree or relevant technology industry certification with proven subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of training & relevant experience preferably in computer science, information systems, engineering or related discipline.
