Location: Gurugram,Haryana,India About the Senior Associate, Marketing Design role    Material’s Marketing Creative Designers help bring our brand to life through multiple company channels both internally and externally. Our graphic designers bring our service offerings, human stories and employer brand to life across multiple formats: presentations, website content, posters, digital content, ebooks, infographics and more. They are graphic designers and visual storytellers at heart, with a passion for creating clarity and emotional impact within our brand guidelines.     We are seeking a curious, mid-level designer with at least 4-6 years of experience. You will be responsible for creating and improving presentations, infographics, social media assets, case studies, ebooks and other designs based on direction from the Marketing Creative Director. As a Senior Associate, you will serve as a hands-on designer as part of the creative team based out of the US with primary stakeholders in APAC.     Roles and Responsibilities   As a Senior Associate, Marketing Design, you will  ·      Design a broad range of outputs including presentations, print deliverables and infographics.  ·      Create and utilize the use of company brand-specific templates and designs that reflect Material’s professional brand look-and-feel.   ·      Efficiently elevate and improve the look and feel of reports and proposal presentations, and coach others to do the same where applicable.  ·      Make creative recommendations for how to more effectively deliver a point, message or story visually.  ·      Ask questions, articulate ideas and best solutions for the projects you work on.  ·      Conduct visual QA, ensuring compliance with templates and design guides.     Requirements   ·      You have a bachelor’s degree and at least 4-6 years of professional design experience.   ·      A portfolio of creative design examples, includingpresentations, infographics, social media assets, ebooks and other marketing assets.   ·      A strong foundation in graphic design, including a deep understanding of grid systems and layouts.  ·      Expertise in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), the Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite applications (Slides, Sheets, Docs) and Figma.  ·      Experience leveraging GenAI tools and platforms for design.  ·      Experienced in creating and using guidelines and templates, including presentation templates.   ·      Capable of working independently, with minimal oversight and within a global team.   ·      Responsive and pro-active, comfortable working across a range of projects and time zones.  ·      Clear and effective oral and written communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively inside the department and across the organization.  ·      Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and thorough.  ·      Committed to producing high quality work that meets the needs and goals of your teammates and internal stakeholders.   ·      Basic HTML/CSS skills desirable but not essential   ·      Confident at efficiently managing time and workload while sticking to deadlines.  ·      Able to receive and act on feedback when applicable.    Apply to this job
