An Client Executive/Senior Client Executive inspires those around them to always strive for better solutions, helping us to build the agency model all others will follow.   Become a trusted advisor to your clients and a go to person for helping them with their business issues. Harness the talent of the agency and proactively identify opportunities to put that talent to good use in helping clients solve their business problems. Deliver timelines, simple proposals, briefing internally, kick off meetings, delivery and campaign rollout. Critically assess client briefs and media partner responses. Plan and use planning tools across offline and direct digital channels supported by data driven rationale. Foster a team environment across agency departments to ensure cross functional teams deliver presentations and reports timely and accurately.   HOW WILL WE KNOW YOU ARE THE ONE   Technical capabilities Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in the Media or Marketing industry with media planning experience; a critical eye for organization. Ability to use industry planning and buying tools such as Roy Morgan, SMD, AQX. An understanding of the Australian Media landscape including both Offline and Digital Media. Hybrid experience across all media channels, with sound knowledge of digital. Competency in at least one of three common digital media channels (search, social or programmatic). Ability to persuade, inspire and build trust with agency people and clients. Ability to problem solve and think strategically and creatively to do so. Experience in working within the tech and data arena, with experience in running projects with technology teams, data initiatives or EDM programs.   Other things that would make you excel in this role An ambition to change the way things are done.
