What will your typical day look like?
:Advisor and leadership coach supporting a client group working closely with the senior advisory talent team
:Cultivate deep, trust:based relationships with key stakeholders
:Influence decisions and drive alignment across the firm
:Own and execute on the client's culture and people strategy
:Strategic Planning and Alignment:
:Collaborate with senior leadership to align people, culture, and workforce strategies with business objectives
:Ensure that the human capital framework supports the overall goals of the business
:Talent Management and Development:
:Identify, develop, and retain top talent within the client groups, including management of LDR process for Partner performance
:Implement succession planning and leadership development programs to build a robust talent pipeline
:Assist in the implementation of performance management processes
:Employee Engagement and Culture Shaper:
:Foster a positive work environment by driving initiatives that enhance culture, employee engagement, inclusivity, and well:being
:Act as a cultural ambassador, coach, and influence leaders
:Ensure firm values and purpose are embedded in daily operations
:Data Analytics and Reporting:
