This position reports to Tran Huynh in the Information Services Business Unit (ISU), part of Pembina's Corporate Services Department. At Pembina Information Services Unit, our responsibility is to continuously improve data, security and integrity of the network from infringement, interruption and destruction of sensitive data. To read more about our Life Saving Rules, visit pembina/safety; :Provide in:depth RightAngle functional/technical knowledge to support business, operations, and IS objectives; :Monitor, manage and resolve tickets related to front office, mid office, back office, scheduling, and end of day functions within RightAngle and custom scheduling tools; :Support integration between RightAngle and other systems such as ICE, Marex, SAP, Petrotranz, custom applications, etc.; :Work closely with Pembina's marketing group to perform detailed analysis of business and technical requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
