As a Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will be to: :Coordinate meeting room requests received in the system. :Coordinate meetings and training sessions. :Coordinate with various stakeholders for room set:ups, meal orders, catering services, etc. :Manage client expectations and explain the process within this client facing role :Participate in various meetings with different stakeholders to finalize the organization of these meetings. :Complete invoice and billing requirements :Coordinate with other team members as required :Assist with reception duties About the team The members of the Workplace services team possess a practical body of knowledge that is applied in the delivery of office support. The Central Business Services group is seeking a Workplace Services Professional for our Calgary office. Enough about us, let's talk about you You are someone who is/has: :4 : 6 years of work experience in administration, customer service, hospitality, or in a facilities environment :Experience in coordinating and organizing various meetings and events :Team player, positive attitude, strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonalskills :Experience in hospitality food and beverage would be an asset :Ability to establish credibility and collaborate with all Deloitte Canada staff :Client service experience essential, strong negotiation skills and ability to manage priorities under tightdeadlines :Essential qualities: attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills :Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) :First Aid, Pro:Serve and Food Safety Certification would be an asset :Availability for occasional overtime :Ability to lift 40lbs :Able to work onsite in:office Monday : Friday Total Rewards The salary range for this position is 47,000 : 78,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
