About the Opportunity Reporting to the Principal Investigator (PI) and/or the Research Manager, theNon:clinical Research Coordinatorwill be responsible for the coordination of multiple Orthopaedic research projects based at Dartmouth General Hospital (DGH). The successful applicant will be contributing to the MAKO Robotics research projectand the EPCAT III study, a collaboration between the Division of Hematology and the Division of Orthopaedic Surgery at Nova Scotia Health, as well as other studies, as required. This coordination includes the on:siteadministration of the studies, caring for the subjects participating in the study, and the management of documents and data collected throughout the study period. Responsibilities: : On:site coordination and monitoring of two or more studies / clinical trials in collaboration with the Principal Investigator : Recruits, screens, and consents study participants, administers questionnaires, and schedules assessments : Acts as the primary contact for study participants, addressing questions, concerns, and conducts follow:ups in person and by phone : Prepares and submits study documentation for Research Ethics Board approval to ensure ongoing compliance : Maintains communication with the Principal Investigator and research team regarding study progress : Collects, reviews, and manages study data, including health records, case report forms and source documentation; enters and analyzes data using relevant systems : Develops study:specific material such as consent forms, participant advertisements, and other supporting material as necessary : Manages study budgets in conjunction with Principal Investigator and Administration by preparing, administering and monitoring budgets : Participates in relevant meetings, rounds, and training to maintain study awareness and ensure protocol compliance across teams.
