Job Summary As a Resource Planner for our Toxicology team in Sherbrooke, you will be responsible for the optimal planning of the working hours of our technical staff. Your success will ensure the smooth running of our research, as well as the integrity of our pre:clinical studies. In this role, primary responsibilities include: :Efficiently plan the daily technical schedule implementing various work shifts to minimize overtime; :Balance individual employee workloads; :Plan the schedule according to individual skills and restrictions; :Plan the training depending on operational needs; :Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with supervisors, technical teams and other department.
