This role is an exciting opportunity for a current HR student or recent graduate looking to gain practical experience with a great organization! In this role you will work closely with our Human Resources team across various functions of HR, throughout the employee lifecycle. This role is eligible for a hybrid working arrangement, with 3-days per week based from our Head office in Guelph, ON.Your key responsibilities include:Assist in maintaining employee records and people dataSupport in the recruitment process (job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling etc.)Organize and coordinate orientation and onboarding sessionsFollow up on employee training completionAssist with employee engagement and recognition initiativesContribute to HR projects and administrative tasks as neededWho you are... A proactive, collaborative, and detail oriented early career professional who takes initiative and consistently follows through on your commitments.
