Position Title Financial Accountant Responsibilities 1. Communicate with the management members for the selection and implementation of accounting systems and software 2. Collect and organize financial data and review current and previous financial documents and records 3. Establish and maintain processes for identifying, reporting and managing internal cost factors 4. Examine and analyze financial information and generate financial performance reports 5. Prepare income tax returns and ensure the accuracy of financial statements and records 6. Meet with other department managers to prepare budgets and provide financial advice to the management 7. Create policies and procedures for financial recordkeeping Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree 2. Three years or more of experience as a Financial Accountant or in similar roles 3.
