· Establish routine maintenance and repair of electrical equipment, installations, and circuits according to specifications · Perform testing of electrical and electronic equipment and its components for current, voltage and resistance · Inspect and repair electrical gear, including switchboxes, cable, lighting fixtures, feeders, etc. · Conduct inspection and testing of equipment for any electrical malfunctions · Use test instruments to diagnose problems; work from blueprints, drawings, layout, or other specifications to locate and diagnose trouble in electrical motors, generators, alternators, and hydraulic and pneumatic electrical control systems · Perform equipment testing after installation or maintenance of electrical components · Compile and maintain all information and relevant documentation · Work within the guidelines of OHS at all times
