What will your typical day look like? The QAP solution is an application used by Audit for 62 Member Firms globally. We have an offshore team (India) and onshore team (CA/US) that provides run and grow activities for this application. The core responsibility will be to cover live support during North America time zone as well providing developer support on grow activities. Enough about us, let's talk about you :At least 5 years of ServiceNow experience, including custom development, configuration. :At least 2 years of ServiceNow GRC/IRC experience. :ServiceNow scripting experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML and REST/SOAP Web Services. :Understanding and experience of Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions and all scripted aspects of ServiceNow. :Experience with customize ServiceNow UI and Service Portal through use of UI pages, CMS, CSS and Service Portal widgets. :Working knowledge of integrations and migrations. :Deep understanding of ITIL. :Working understanding of ServiceNow administration settings and deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform as well as experience delivering medium to large:scale ServiceNow implementations. :Comfort working in an agile environment with constant feedback and interaction with the team and ability to work under high pressure. :Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
