Look at the opportunity below What will your typical day look like? :Support for requests related to the maintenance of our offices, including managing on:site vendors in collaboration with the facilities specialist. :Support for completing weekly inspection reports for each floor. :Assistance in ensuring our workspace is clean, functional, and safe at all times (rearranging chairs, picking up supplies or other items left by employees, making service calls to the cleaning team of the building, etc.). :Identification and follow:up of deficiencies until resolution, including service calls to the building management team or external vendors. :Support for moving furniture or any other equipment (ability to lift up to 30 lbs). :Assistance with checking furniture and setting up or removing posters on the floors. :Occasional mail support services (sort and send mail, reception of mail/parcels) and printing support, or for office supply inventory. :On:site role from Monday to Friday : The work schedule will be from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM but variable according to needs, 7.5 hrs per day. About the team The members of the Workplace Services team possess a practical body of knowledge that is applied in the delivery of office support. It includes jobs in the areas of procurement, mailroom, concierge, delivery and distribution, reception, records, hoteling resource management, and facilities management. The Workplace Services role draws upon knowledge of the specific function discipline and the organizations business practices, providing services to ensure the organizations safe, efficient, and effective operation. Enough about us, let's talk about you You are someone with: :Minimum of 2 years work experience :Experience in facilities management is an asset :Excellent written and spoken French :English is an asset :Ability to multi:task and be a team player :Excellent customer service skills :Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Total Rewards The salary range for this position is 33,000 : 60,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
