Job Title: Accounting ClerkCompany: Moonfleet Group of CompaniesLocation: Fergus officeJob Type: Part-Time Job OverviewWe are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Clerk to join our team at our Fergus office on a part-time basis.  Key ResponsibilitiesProcess accounts payable and receivable transactionsReconcile bank and credit card statementsPrepare and post journal entriesAssist with month-end and year-end financial closeMaintain organized and accurate financial records and documentationTrack and manage invoices, ensuring timely payment processingSupport financial reporting, audits, and budgeting activitiesProvide accounting and administrative support across the Moonfleet Group of Companies QualificationsExperience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field is preferredPost-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or Business is an assetStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with accounting software is an assetHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage confidential information responsiblyCapable of working independently and collaboratively Interested in joining our Team?
