The Analyst will work with various business partners in the Enterprise on analytics, insights, product, reporting, and measurement to help with these initiatives.?What You?ll Do:Leverage your analytical skills to develop, refine, and innovate loyalty data products that are not only relevant today but are also designed with a future-forward lensEnhance the organization?s understanding of our customers and develop or improve customer targeting mechanisms through segmentations, algorithms, and LLMsWork with business stakeholders across the Enterprise on translating requests into analytical problems. Requests can be strategic or tactical, ad-hoc or long-term in natureExtract and synthesize large amounts of data from multiple sources, including customer transaction data, consumer & syndicated research to provide insights that will inform and guide the strategic evolution of our loyalty programApply statistical techniques to measure campaign performances, and lead A/B testing initiatives to evaluate the efficacy of different strategiesSupport the weekly execution tasks related to the loyalty program to guarantee its smooth and effective operation, ranging from list generation to performance measurement?What you Bring:University degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer ScienceFundamental knowledge in statistics and basic mathematical modeling capabilities, with ability to conceptualize real-world situations using simple mathematical modelsIntermediate skills in SQL, including data manipulation and understanding of SQL procedures/functions.
