Accountability Manage the entire operation of the restaurant through the development and growth of staff, sales and profitability to meet goals established in location's business plan. Ensures the restaurant is in accordance with established company standards, policies and procedures. Assists in the success of the restaurant by ensuring guest satisfaction through adhering to company standards for quality, value, service and cleanliness. Maintain a positive working relationship with all restaurant to foster and promote a cooperative and pleasant working climate, which will be conducive to maximize employee morale, productivity and efficiency. Job Requirements · Completion of secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent required). · Education in hospitality or food and beverage service management would be an asset but not mandatory. · 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a quick service restaurant (QSR) environment. · Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage, and support a high-performing team. · Excellent customer service skills with the ability to professionally handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints. · Proven ability to manage the cost of goods sold (COGS) and labor effectively to optimize profitability. · Strong communication skills and ability to implement local marketing strategies. · Highly detail-oriented with the capability to oversee multiple areas of operations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. · Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume restaurant, respond quickly and maintain focus. · Willingness and flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. · Professional demeanor, including good manners, proper personal hygiene, positive attitude, and punctuality.
