We promote leaders at every level and support our people to follow their passion. Maintenance Supervisor Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the overall equipment maintenance of the Citrus Bagging Operation. The role requires a versatile individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to handle a wide range of maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively. What you will do:Manage warehouse labour resources to complete tasks by priority deadlineOversee 3rd party service vendorsReconcile vendor work orders with vendor invoicesReview daily reporting sheets to ensure repairs are made in a timely mannerFunctional over-sight of the MHE Damage Control ProgramOversee the overall maintenance of the Citrus Bagging OperationProduce reports as require by the Maintenance ManagerSchedule labour in the Maintenance areaSubstitute as department head in the absence of the Maintenance ManagerOther duties as assigned or requested What you will need:Ability and availability to work irregular or extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays as neededProficiency in basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting skillsMillwright experience is considered an assetExcellent understanding of building maintenance and repairExperience with vehicle and/or equipment service and repairWorking knowledge of equipment and tools used for MHE serviceMust be detail orientatedExcellent follow-through skillsExperienced in data entryComputer applications using MS officeComputer applications experience using SAP or warehouse operating system desiredWorking knowledge of OH&S, Transport Canada, WHMIS, Health Canada regulations and the willingness to become certified in one or more of these areas as necessaryExperience in overseeing/directing vendorsExcellent supervisory skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent customer service skillsExcellent analytical and mathematical skills to support decision makingEfficient time management skills and an effective ability to prioritize Loblaw is committed to sustainability by sourcing products with integrity and making a positive difference in the community.
