Your responsibilities will include end to end test support and coordination, governance, and continuous improvement. : You will be hands on with all aspects of the systems testing process and provide suggestions and input that will ensure customer needs are met with the highest quality. : You will create test plans, develop strategies, coordinate with QA teams in Scotia Digital agile labs and provide estimates to program. Are you the right person for this role? stylemargin:bottom:0.0cm;margin:top:0.0px: : Develop, schedule, coordinate and execute test procedures of systems and software for multiple projects for system integration. : Work closely with program managers and QA leads across scotia digital labs to ensure overall project delivery from quality engineering perspective. : Lead the analysis and translation of business requirements into test cases. Design and manage end:to:end testing activities for digital projects. Use your expertise in software development testing to provide customers with quality products that meet business and system requirements. : Identify obstacles or risks that may impact a project's timeline or success and provide regular status updates to the Program manager. : Keep the lines of communication open with stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary. Ensure that all test deliverables are received, approved, and aligned to your project's timeline, budget, and objectives. : Provide advice to your team, including ongoing feedback and support. Proactively identify any potential issues throughout all test phases and suggest possible improvements or enhancements. : Partner with development engineers during story and task breakdown to develop test approach that effectively cover the functional and performance characteristics of a feature. : Effectively communicates status report to management with analysis and next steps. : Be/become a SME on usage of entire application suite, processes, workflows, etc : Working with Engineering team Management to improve the testing process. : Understanding of enterprise software design principles : architecture, design patterns, OOP. : Comfortable working in a self:guided manner with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your own time efficiently, without direct input or oversight.
