You will primarily focus on the Workday Benefits Module while also supporting HCM functionalities. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining system integrity and performance.??This role will be 4 days on site at our Brampton Office (1 President's Choice Circle)??Key Responsibilities:?Lead the design, development, and implementation of Workday Benefits solutions?Manage benefit plans, groups, and eligibility to align with business needs and regulatory requirements.?Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions, focusing on enhancing user experience and productivity.?Analyze strategic challenges related to Benefits, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data interpretation.?Evaluate and implement new functionality with Workday Semi-annual Releases.?Maintenance of Benefits Dashboards.?Ensure comprehensive testing of all configuration changes related to Benefits module.?Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.?Exercise sound judgment in diagnosing and resolving complex Benefits related issues.?Manage non-routine tasks independently and effectively while supporting team goals.??Your Recipe for Success:?3-5 years of HRIS/Workday experience with a focus on Benefits disciplines, complemented by a relevant post-secondary degree or equivalent experience.?Advanced expertise in configuring Workday Benefits module?Proven project management skills and technical proficiency in HR technology.?Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.?Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build effective relationships.?Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.?Ability to influence decisions through a deep understanding of Workday functionality and business needs.?
