We are looking for a passionate and experienced Pizza Chef Assistant Manager to lead our team in crafting delicious and healthy gluten-free pizzas. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary:$25-$28 per hour Working Hours: 40 hours per week Vacancy: 1 Language at work: English Employment Groups: Indigenous persons, vulnerable youth, newcomers, and persons with disabilities Responsibilities: · Assistant in planning, directing and managing the daily kitchen operations of the pizza-making production, including preparation, cooking, and presentation. · Train and lead kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to quality and food safety standards. · Set kitchen staff work schedules and monitor their performance. · Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness and ensure that all products meet our company's standards for allergen safety and nutritional content. · Control and maintaining inventory, order kitchen supplies and ensure that kitchen equipment is in good working condition. · Assist in the development and refinement of pizza recipes that meet our stringent health standards. · Work collaboratively with other department to meet business and production goals.
