We are seeking hardworking and motivated individuals who can complement our growing team. Position Details Company: 1165045 BC Ltd. Company Location: 6789, 138 Street, Surrey, BC, V3W 5G9 Position: Construction Cleaner Salary: $28.85 per hour Job Type: Full time; Permanent Number of Positions: 3 Expected start date: As soon as possible. Transportation: Transportation between work sites/locations will be provided by the company and travel time will be paid. Work location(s): Various Locations in Greater Vancouver, Lower Mainland (BC). Job Responsibilities · Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing hallways, floors, and stairs. · Remove scraps, dirt, debris, and other refuse using industrial vacuum cleaners. · Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings. · Empty trash cans and other waste containers. · Perform minor repairs and maintenance such as painting, plumbing, and drywall as directed by the foreman. · Clear construction sites of snow and ice. · Maintain all cleaning equipment/materials in a safe and sanitary working condition. · Perform other construction cleaning duties as required. Job Requirements · Completion of high school would be an asset but not mandatory. · Some work experience in same/similar work would be an asset but not mandatory. · Functional English is required. · Willing and able to work in all types of weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors. · Physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel and bend.
