Job Duties · Create and monitor schedules for each worker and ensure that he has the physical and mental ability to cope · Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and laborers. · Manages sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting sub-contractors; monitoring and controlling performance. · Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying construction management system improvements. · Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions; providing non-project annual operating and capital budget information. · Approves construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases; obtaining approvals from buyers. · Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity · Train or arrange for training of workers · Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations. · Requisition materials and supplies · Recommend personnel actions such as hiring's and promotions · Prepare production and other reports Job Location: Brick Environmental Consulting Ltd Unit 203, 8388 128 St Surrey BC How to Apply: Brick Environmental Consulting Ltd Email: brickltd@yahoo.com
