Language: English Job Duties: · Plan and manage the facility's operations budget · Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal · Organize and maintain inventory · Oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility · Promote sales to existing clients · Recommend products or services to customers · Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services · Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services · Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff Working setting: The candidate should be available to work full-time in the day or evening, if required.
