At Richardson, we are committed to enhancing our facilities and services and investing in our people and our communities. We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our Engineering Services group located in our Richardson Building in Winnipeg. This position is responsible for the successful management and overall execution of various construction, expansion and/or process improvement projects, based on the corporation’s business development strategy and Capital Expenditures plan. Responsibilities:Develop budgets and scopes for engineering and process improvement projectsPrepare and manage vendor bid packages and selectionSupervise vendors to ensure quality, compliance, and schedule adherenceReview technical drawings, system schematics, and site plans (AutoCAD, Bluebeam, 3D models)Negotiate contracts and recommend vendor awardsLead project meetings with contractors and stakeholders to track progress and budgetCreate operating procedures for new or upgraded systemsMaintain a vendor database and assess performance in safety, quality, and cost Qualifications:Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) with 5+ years in industrial project management, capital planning, or facility operationsStrong skills in project management, vendor negotiation, and technical problem-solvingExperience with material handling, equipment process design/control, and industrial troubleshootingFamiliarity with agribusiness infrastructure (grain handling, crop inputs) is an assetKnowledge of building, electrical, and fire safety codesExcellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skillsMechanical/electrical aptitude in large-scale facilitiesValid passport and ability to travel domestically and internationally Richardson International provides an excellent compensation package consisting of competitive salary, pension, a flexible benefits plan and training and career development opportunities. Interested candidates should click the 'APPLY TO THIS POSITION' icon to apply online by July 4, 2025. Richardson International values diversity in the workplace.
