Project Overview: Bechtel is seeking to expand its decades long relationship with Reliance by providing Project Management Consultant (PMC) Services and Engineering Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) Services for offsites and utilities (OSBL) for a multi:billion:dollar upgrade / expansion of existing petrochemical facilities in India. Reliance plans to augment its existing petrochemical facilities in Dahej, Gujarat, and Nagothane, Maharashtra, to expand its PVC capacity. The PMC Services will be led out of India with personnel deployed in Mumbai region, the project sites in India, as well as several key contractor locations across India. The EPCM Services for OSBL will be led out of Bechtel's India offices. The positions on the project will start as assignment in Nagothane. Job Summary: Responsible for the organization and activities relating to system turnover including creation of plans, procedures, and field instructions, incorporating contractual obligations and handover of supporting documentation. Develop standard completion reports used to track System completion. As a Turnover Lead, candidate is responsible for supervising team members within their work area, including daily tasking, professional development,and scheduling Job Dimensions: Supervision Received: : Receives technical and operational guidance from Project Field Engineer or other assigned supervising manager. Supervision Exercised: : Provides technical and administrative direction to assigned subordinate personnel. Contacts: : Jobsite contacts are with jobsite personnel including subcontractors and customer's team related to systems turnover and completion. Major Responsibilities: : Champion and implement the Project Turnover process in accordance with Bechtel Standard Work Processes and Procedures (SWPPs), Project Procedures and ITPs. : Impress upon Construction, Field Engineering and Pre:Commissioning the sense of urgency for meeting commitments. : Review field generated inspection records for quality and completeness. : Managefield generated inspection recordsin
