Regional Field Sales Specialist– Irish Market Construction Equipment Sector Take your sales career to the next level with a growing leader in lifting solutions. We’re working with a well-established, family-run provider of tower cranes and lifting equipment with decades of success across Ireland and the UK. Known for reliability and a modern fleet, they’re now expanding and seeking a Regional Field Sales Specialist to drive new business and manage client relationships across Ireland. Why This Role? This is your chance to combine construction knowledge with sales expertise in a dynamic, field-based role. You’llwork directly with major construction clients, helping them find tailored crane and lifting solutions to suit their project needs. Key Responsibilities: Identify and win new business while supporting existing accounts; Present equipment solutions directly to clients on-site; Conduct site surveysand recommend project-specific equipment; Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery; Travel regularly across Ireland. What we’re looking for: Proven sales experience, ideally in construction, plant hire, or heavy machinery; Or, hands-on construction experience with an interest in sales; Strong communication and closing skills; Self-motivated, organised, and time-efficient; Full, clean driving licence; Based in Ireland – ideally you will live somewhere from Galway to Dublin corridor and North OR preferably NW (Donegal/Sligo area); Comfortable with regular travel.What’s on Offer?
