Key accountabilities: stylemargin:bottom:0.0cm;margin:top:0.0px: : Delivers exceptional customer experience and advice, managing the mortgage journey including driving digital adoption and leveraging the full suite of AIB products, tools and services. : Demonstrates an agile and flexible approach that best meets customer needs at a time and place that best suits them. : Delivers Homes Business Performance as measured by drawdown numbers, new business written and conversion rates. : Proven experience managing asales pipeline and lead activity to support Business Performance delivery. : Demonstrates the highest capability and standard in writing mortgage business aligned to Mortgage Business Approver. Ensures personal adherence to all relevant bank policies, procedures, AIB standards of credit management and excellence in Operational Risk Management, consistently demonstrating impeccable standards while maintaining/enhancing customer relationship.
