He acts as interface of the Model Factory Unit, ensuring methodological alignment in those matters of continuous improvement.He actively contributes to the continuous improvement culture development by means of its annual roadmap, promotion and active communication (in collaboration with our internal communication structure) . Your profile:• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field, or equivalent through experience; • Strong problem-solving capabilities; • Confident communicator; • High attention to details; • Technical ability and knowledge of plant and process; • Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigmamethodologies and QRQC (nice to have); • You are creative in looking for solutions within the established framework; • You are analytical, open minded and work in a structured way;. • You have strong communication skills to liaise with all Safran Aircraft Engine Services and Safran corporate key stakeholders; • You have good communication skills and are fluent in Dutch or French and English; • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Belgium, holding either an EU passport or a valid work&residence permit.
