What You Will Do: * Design and program PLCs, touchscreens, SCADA systems, and industrial networks (Allen Bradley and Siemens experience essential). * Collaborate closely with mechanical and electrical engineers to deliver complete turnkey automation solutions. * Oversee the installation and commissioning of bespoke control systems at customer sites. * Provide service and fault:finding support for existing systems, ensuring optimal performance. * Manage customer projects from conception to completion, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to timelines. * Mentor and train team members in control systems, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. What You Will Bring: * Proven expertise in industrial control systems and manufacturing processes. : Strong programming skills in Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs, with a solid understanding of industrial networks like EtherNET and ProfiNET. * A proactive, problem:solving mindset with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. * Flexibility to travel within the UK and internationally, with a valid passport for unrestricted travel to North America. * A full UK driving licence and the ability to commute to a rural office location.
