A Manage a balanced mix of new business and existing accounts (50/50), including re:engaging lapsed customers and reintroducing them to our product offering. A Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close. A Drive A GBP 1million in annual revenue, with 30 expected from your own new business efforts : the rest is ready to be developed. PERSON SPECIFICATION: Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager : Industrial Consumables, Components Whilst we appreciate that we have to invest in you and it may take time to get you up to scratch on industry specifics / our products, you will need to have: A A technical sales background in industrial consumables or components. A Proven experience managing a territory remotely, ideally from home. A Success selling directly to OEMs, ideally in sectors like automotive, aerospace, or metal fabrication. A Experience working with or managing distributors or resellers : understanding the different sales cycles and relationship dynamics.
