Freelance Quantity Surveyor : High:Rise Resi : Birmingham City Centre Seeking an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor for a prestigious high:rise residential scheme in Birmingham City Centre. Youll be responsible for the full commercial management of key packages, including budgeting, procurement, variations, and cost control. Key Requirements: * Proven high:rise residential QS experience (schemes GBP30m+). * Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. * Excellent understanding of contract forms (JCT, NEC).
