Position description :
SAFRAN Helicopter Engines Australia are currently seeking applications from individuals who are interested in a casual administrative role within an aviation environment. The successful candidate will have a can do, positive attitude mixed with an energetic and eager personality. This busy role requires the individual to have strong attention to detail skills matched with the ability to prioritise work as required.Some key responsibilities of this role will be:
• Invoicing for Support By the Hour and spare parts
• Delivery of invoices to customers via email
• Data entry from excel to SAP
• Processing of credit notes through workflow gen
• General inquiries email management
• Fly reporting
•Data analysis for fleet, customers and more
• Customer account creation
• Project administration
• Weekly reporting for Military customers
To be successful in securing this position, you should possess the following:• Intermediate Microsoft Excel&Word skills• Some experience in customer service
• Some experience in a data entry role
• SAP experience is not a must but would be highly advantageous
• Proactive approach with ability to use initiative
• Be a team player
• Proactive work ethic and problem solving skills
