They are currently seeking a Maintenance Administrator to join their existing team on a contract basis in Leamington Spa, offering a pay rate of A GBP 14.00 per hour. The duties and responsibilities of the Maintenance Administrator: * Administration duties * Adding planned maintenance of machines on to the inhouse Maintenance System * Raising purchase orders * Placing orders and matching goods received notes. * Producing reports when required. * Resolving any issues or delays * Any other ad:hoc admin activities. The ideal Maintenance Administrator candidate: * Experience working in an administration role, preferably within a Manufacturing or Maintenance environment. * Must have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office computer applications. * Ability to prioritise workload and to meet deadlines. * Strong attention to detail. * Excellent communications skills. * Be a team player who can work with stakeholders of various levels.
