About the role The desired Graduate would be working in the capacity of a Cover supervisor, providing vital support to both teachers and pupils. This can either be full or part-time dependent on your circumstances The suitable candidate would be provided with the appropriate training and support for this role. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher. Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure a positive learning environment. Maintain discipline and manage behaviour in accordance with school policies. Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere conducive to learning. Adapt quickly to different subjects and year groups as required.
