Role and Responsibilities: * Develop cutting:edge chocolate products in line with brand values. * Manage multiple new product development (NPD) projects simultaneously. * Conduct market research to spot trends and identify consumer needs. * Collaborate with production, marketing, sales, and quality teams for seamless execution. * Source and maintain relationships with suppliers that meet ethical standards. * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and certifications. * Advocate for sustainability in packaging and ingredient sourcing.
