The Role A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to manage, lead and develop the delivery of the Councils Regulatory Services, made up of their Environmental Health teams, and Licensing, which is a shared service with another Council. As the Regulatory Services Manager, you will be responsible for the operational and day to day delivery and performance of the service, building on a culture of continuous improvement in service quality, efficiency, customer experience and corporate and partnership working, to achieve organisational, performance and financial targets in full compliance with all procedural and legislative requirements, and drive improved levels of regulatory standards to deliver a place where their community can be proud to live, work and enjoy. Working alongside other excellent regulatory teams within their wider Community Protection Service, and reporting to the Head of Community Protection, this role offers a fantastic opportunity for the right person.
