Our ambition is to focus even more on increasing the quality of our practice and the work with children, young people, and families to sustain positive change. To do this we need the best people to help build our vision. This role is key in supporting Hammersmith and Fulham's families to secure the best possible outcomes for families and their children. The postholder will be engaged in a range of activities within our Family Hubs and Children's Centres and provide support and guidance to children, young people and families who access our services. The role will require the ability to travel across the borough's children's centres, delivering integrated services to the needs of families including those young people and children with SEND. The successful postholder will ensure consistent, quality service provision and supporting highly regarded, front:line service delivery. Role Responsibilities: Support the delivery of provision within family hubs and linked children's centres. Ensure the delivery of the family hub core offer, universal family support services and extended services in partnership with providers. Support the expansion of services within the family hubs and children's centres and through outreach activities. Ensure delivery of services in accordance with statutory requirements, national guidelines and agreed performance targets. Provide advice, guidance and support to young people, families and their children and respond to needs of family hubs service users. Support the wider work of the family hubs, including SEND support The ability to be adaptable and undertake a variety of roles including family hub reception duties Our mission is to be the best council.
