The Nursery Assistant Role: * As a Nursery Assistant, you will support the Reception class with daily routines and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities. * The Nursery Assistant will work closely with class teachers and SEN staff to support pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, speech and language needs, and developmental delays. * The role involves assisting with learning observations, preparing resources, and ensuring children feel safe, supported, and included. * The successful Nursery Assistant will contribute to a positive and enriching learning environment for all pupils.
