About the School This specialist School supports children with SEMH, Autism, ADHD, and related additional needs. With small classes, a strong pastoral ethos, and a commitment to holistic education, the School focuses on developing both academic progress and emotional wellbeing. Staff work collaboratively to create a calm, structured, and inclusive environment where every student is encouraged to succeed. Responsibilities * Lead on whole:School development priorities in line with the strategic vision * Support the Head Teacher in the day:to:day running of the School * Provide daily leadership and inspire excellence in teaching by modelling best practices. * Oversee areas such as behaviour, curriculum development, or safeguarding (depending on experience) * Promote high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment * Foster a culture of respect, aspiration, and resilience across the School * Be a visible, proactive presence throughout the School community * Contribute to the continued development of an inclusive, trauma:informed approach * Work with external Schools and agencies to enhance and share best practices in SEN provision.
