The Role: Job Title: HR Business Partner (ER) : 12 month FTC Salary: GBP50,000 : GBP65,000(DoE) Location: Kent : Hybrid working What would I be doing day to day? Key duties: * Overseeing and managing end to end Employee Relations matters firm:wide * Coaching and advising senior stakeholders, team leaders and line managers on all Employee Relations issues and guiding on best practice * Act as a mentor and coach to the wider People team on ER and compliance best practice * Support the People Director on amendments to policies and procedures in line with Employment Law changes What is the company looking for? * Demonstrable knowledge of Employment Law and experience managing complex ER cases * Experience working in a Partnerships firm or professional services firm highly desirable * A natural mentor to the wider team * Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills Who is taking care of the client and candidate applications for this position?
