We Are Looking For Individuals Who Have: * Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (highly desirable). * A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on childrens lives. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and adults. * Patience, empathy, and a caring and supportive nature. * The ability to work effectively as part of a team and also use their own initiative. * A proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to work. * Good literacy and numeracy skills. * Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, Childcare, or Education) are advantageous but not always essential for all roles. * A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
