Job ref: TL0398 OVERVIEW: - This role includes managing your own caseload of various residential conveyancing matters such as sales and purchase, re:mortgage, right to buy and lease extensions from the initial inception through to conclusion. - You will have experience with managing own residential conveyancing caseload with minimum supervision. - You will be able to generate a fee income according to agreed targets. - You will be liaising with clients and estate agents whilst continuously developing professional relationships with clients. - The appointed candidate will be expected to provide excellent client service and care.
